The bed was great, the room was not only pet-friendly, but also updated. And there was a nice view over swimming pool. The staff was extremely helpful without being intrusive. The location turned out to be comfy. Highway was located next door to the hotel.

I loved staying in this hotel, it was beautifully designed. The room was a nice size and had nice views of the sunset across the desert. And the bed was comfortable. The service was excellent. The pool was nice. Quick check-in, just what I needed.

The desk person loaned me a cell phone for a long-distance call. Working bath tub and pleasant breakfast. Clean, easy to get to room at a reasonable rate. Staff honored late arrival and provided a prime parking spot. Convenient access to I-5 with IHOP nearby. Comfortable and clean room. Great value for the money.

On my recent trip from LA to NorCal, I made a stop in Bakersfield and stayed at a hotel on the road east. The Best Western I chose was a great choice. The room was clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a variety of delicious options. a great place to stay on a road trip.

The only downside was that the parking was limited due to construction workers and equipment.

Located outside the centre of Bakersfield, you shouldn't expect to enjoy any activity other than the gas station and the few fast-food restaurants/dinners around.

After a long day of driving, we were pleasantly surprised by the clean and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The well-lit parking lot gave us a sense of security for our U-Haul truck. The check-in process was a breeze and the lobby was clean and comfortable. Our room was also clean and well-appointed with everything we needed for a good night's sleep. The beds were on the softer side, which suited us well. We appreciated the small refrigerator and microwave in the room. Additionally, the breakfast the next morning had a variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The staff were attentive and refilled items as needed. We only wished there was an elevator to the second floor as it was challenging to carry our heavy suitcase up the rocky stairs. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.
